You can send payment this year via check or paypal.

Clubs
It will make it easier for us and you if you can get together and send the money in a lump sum payment. Include all members names so we can seat you together at the banquet. Also callout payments in addition to the banquet payment (like golf).

Individuals
If you are coming in from out of town with friends and are not affiliated with a club, let us know who you are coming with and we can also do our best to make sure you are at the same table for the banquet.

Dinner Dance

  • Number of tickets required
  • List of names
  • Reminder - cost is $120/ticket
Golf
  • Names of each golfer
  • If known, who requires club rental (left or right handed) (Note: payment for club rental will be on the day but we need to know the numbers in advance to ensure the course has enough for everyone requiring rentals. $12 per set)
  • Reminder - cost is $100/head (includes Green Fees, Golf Cart, Lunch & Transportation from hotel)
