• The main collection point will be a desk located in the upstairs area of the main lobby at the Holiday Inn, Columbus Ave building. The exact location will be sign-posted on entering the lobby or ask a member of staff.
• This will be staffed from 10am through 6pm, Tuesday-Thursday and if required, 10am-12noon on Friday (ideally all tickets will have been collected by Thursday).
• Please collect your tickets etc. as early as possible in the week as this will minimize our workload later in the week when we'll be completing final preparations for the Dance.
• If you ordered your tickets through a club or other group, only 1 person should collect on behalf of the group and they will then be responsible for distributing tickets to individuals. I'll assume this will be the person who has been the main point of contact unless you tell me otherwise.
• You will have to sign for what you pick up.

Note: If you don't plan to be in or around the hotel prior to the Dance, there will be a collection point set up ("will call" in local speak) as you board the San Francisco Belle (someone from the club will be there to direct you accordingly). If you haven't collected your day trip tickets in advance, again someone from the club will be present at the departure point with your tickets (Holiday Inn, Beach St building).
